Why This Site Exists
My mission is simple: empower athletes to eat plants, cook with joy, and perform at their best.
I share what I know — and what I'm still learning — about distance running, plant-based nutrition, and the joy of cooking, so you can fuel your training with confidence and eat with creativity. Whether you're a runner, cyclist, weekend warrior, or simply someone who moves and wants to eat well, this is for you.
My goal is to make plant-based eating feel less like a restriction and more like an advantage — for your performance, for your long-term health, and for something bigger than any finish line. I'm here to give you the knowledge and creative confidence to make this way of eating work for your life and your training, not just in theory.
Because it's one of the most meaningful choices any of us can make — for our own health, for the planet, and for the animals we share it with. And when the food is this good, living with a little more intention turns out to be the easy part.
